    I've dreamed of this app like this for years. Finally it's here. Created three lists of groups I need to text regularly and can send them personal SMS messages. Ported my number over so that when a contact calls me back it goes to my office phone, and can send/receive SMS messages from my desktop or app. Everything I need to communicate quickly with SMS.

    I've played with a handful of mass texting services and HeyMarket is by far my favorite. The app specifically is very robust and works well. Practically all the features on mobile app is there versus sitting behind the computer. Web app is also great interface. Very easy to use. Love it!

    My team uses the app for customer support. It's great being able to give customers a single number and have anyone on the team reply. We've increased response time and repeat sales because of this. Especially nice that it works in a web browser where I can control employee access.

    I've had the chance to try this app for over a month now. Last week or so it's been crashing on me so I am not very happy with it at the moment. I use this app to text patients to remind them of their appointments or use this app to keep track of conversations/chats with patients. I like the fact that it's all kept here within the app instead of my regular txt messages. I also like the concept of having its own phone number. It allowed you to make templates of conversations and utilize it over and over. It's a fairly simple app to learn and use. After the trial period, the fees are as follow...$9.99/month for 25 contacts & can go as high $99/month for unlimited contacts. With that being said, the customer service usually respond fairly quickly. They would have receive a 5 star had the price been more reasonable.

    This is the only service with a mobile app that integrates CRM with 2 Way Text Message & Template Marketing from a phone number you pick.. I'm very much appreciating the ease of group template texts and moreover, the fast customer service that can include a phone call if needed.. Definitely upgrading now that I see it is consistent and reliable with almost instant support when needed.

We hashed out our issues and they created solutions as to what we needed for our operations to work soundly….AND THEY LISTENED!!! The Hey Market Team really would like for all businesses to succeeded utilizing their application. So here is what has been improved since the new update No crashes at load up And also improvements to their website Also our load times went from minutes to seconds! All customer service responses or swifter We do have one issue which is: Voice diction of telephone numbers continue to crash the system however, I’m sure they will correct the situation. Go! HeyMarket! Go! --------------------------- BUYER BEWARE!!! *PLEASE READ* If I could get my 1 star back I would take it I do not usually write reviews but this app has the potential to be a game changer in how small businesses communicate with customers with their features. HOWEVER, this company fails every time my staff and I attempt to open this app...(AND WE DEPEND ON THIS APP EVERY DAY) Problems we are experiencing: App crashes when open (even after recent updates) Every crash takes 10 to 20mins to open again Voice to text feature causes app to crash Contacts would disappear from list Customer service reps stop returning my emails No solutions are offered thus far Currently we are looking for other options We would love to keep this platform DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP We are on the earlier subscription of 9.99 (which has no limits) and just cannot imagine paying the ridiculous amounts they are requesting now with these headaches.
