  • Same problem, clueless responses

    There is nothing more frustrating than a product that does not work and a customer service department that has one useless response read from a script. Tennis Channel: Face it your app is broken. Just look at the rate you guys are picking up one star reviews. It’s not us, the consumers; it you the developer. My complaint is like the bulk of the complaints. The link to my provider won’t stay on the screen of my iPhone longer enough for me to sign in and when it does appear, the sign on screen cycles back to the tennis channel video/sign on screen.
  • No longer works

    The Tennis Channel app apparently got an upgrade, but now it no longer works on my iPhone. Just an endless loop of saying “Sign In”, and I sign in, and it take me me back to the screen where it says “Sign In”. I have reported this several times and the response is to re-install the app. I have done this several times and it never works. I deleted this app, and likely will never try it again. Poor customer service. Even in a chat with a rep they said to re-install the app, which I said didn’t work. The rep then questioned if I was smart enough to have done it correctly. I did point out re-installing the app really wasn’t difficult on an iPhone, but the rep still said to re-install it, again. Very poor customer service experience.
  • Nuthin' but ads (and irrelevant matches)

    Ads galore, and, as other reviewers have already mentioned, half of the time they don't have the rights to the most relevant tournaments. A good example was the Montreal Masters 1000, where during the quarterfinals and semis all TC showed was doubles. You're better off with WatchESPN, at least you're assured reliable coverage during the most important events. Oh, and can’t get any sound in the latest version on iOS. Lame.
  • Can’t sign in

    Since the latest update I can’t sign in to use the app. It just keeps looping me back to the home page where I pick my provider and it never lets me log in. Very frustrating.
  • New App nothing But Trouble & TC No Help

    I’ve spent the last 4 days trying to log in to TC Plus, which I have a subscription to, with no success. The problem ticket submission system on their website is a joke. They write an auto response that they’ll look into the problem and then never write back. I tried the online chat function and spent an hour following their suggestions to no avail. If you’d like to donate your hefty subscription fee for TC Plus to the Tennis Channel and then get no access in return, then by all means sign up. I can’t even cancel my subscription because it doesn’t appear in my account listing. If there were a zero star rating, I’d give it that.

    I was in the middle of watching a match and it cut off and said we will be right back. By the time it came back the match was over. The absolute worst

    This update is terrible. I can't get sound to turn on, I can't get CC to turn off no matter how often I turn it off, it's slow, it's glitchy... ugh! Why fix what wasn't broken?
  • Nice Update but has Restore Purchase flaw!

    At first I could not “restore purchase” of Tennis Channel Everywhere. The problem was that when I originally signed up I had used an old email address so when I went to change my password it didn’t work with new email. Their system will let you put in a new email and password but it will not work if you don’t use what they have on record and it doesn’t tell you what email you used originally. No wrong entry Error message, it just doesn’t Restore! I was feeling very cheated as I had no service for days and Help through web browser on the phone didn’t work because “submit button” didn’t function. But posting my previous review finally got a response but by then I figured it out myself. I like the new version on AppleTV but they should have left the ability to “Restore Purchase “ without a login! I also miss the separation of On Demand into WTA and ATP!
  • Sign in issue

    I also have the sign in issue others are seeing. I spent a while with Apple support this morning after several emails with TC Plus. The latest subscription name is something like “Tennis Channel Productions 2017”. If you have an older subscription and have renewed like I did, the subscription name is different and something like “Tennis Channel Plus...”. Wondering if this is the cause of the issue and if it I indicates a corporate change. I have emailed this info to TCPlus. If this is the bug and not intentional I’ll be expecting compensation for debugging their app😉.
