It is a very slick app and nicely organized. Sadly, I find the lead voice to incredibly annoying. She uses over the top inflection and tempo changes which might appeal to some, but that remind me of a kindergarten teacher at story time. That lead voice seems to be on almost all of the content. After 3 sessions I could not stand to listen to her anymore. I need guided meditation that treats me like a grown up, not this. Unfortunately did not really clue in on this problem until after the trial ended and the one year subscription kicked in. So now I have paid $58 for one year of nature sound tracks.

First time I was able to meditate is thanks to this app! If you are a beginner and want to make meditation part of your life I absolutely recommend this app
  • Good app, not free

It’s like a tease. It’s a nice app, good meditations, but it is not truly free. And the subscription is way too expensive vs the quality. Should be a wholly free app, or a single pay at a very modest price.
  • Exactly what I was looking for

I use a white noise machine when I go to bed at home, so traveling and sleeping in hotel rooms without it can be tough. This app has been the perfect travel companion — and the settings I like most are free.
  • Longer sleep stories

Some times I'm having a lot of trouble getting to sleep. I would like a few Longer sleep stories over 30 minutes. I'm also going on a trip and would like a couple more off line sleep stories.

I’ve tried so many meditation apps and this was the only one I liked enough to purchase a subscription. I really like the sleep stories and meditations. The music tracks are also a great thing to listen to to relax. I also enjoy the narrator’s voice, it’s really soothing. I like that you can play the rain, fire, and waves sounds with the meditations too. Definitely worth the price for me!

This app is fantastic! I love everything about it and it’s with every penny. I would love to see a series on sports performance / meditation for athletes!

  • Ok, but . . .

I understand when an app says free but there are some possible charges. However I find it highly irritating when I click on their modules that do not have a lock in the corner (meaning is should be free), do one day of the supposedly free module and then when I go back the second day I'm told I have to pay to continue. Seems sneaky to me and the pricing is way out of line for a retired person on a fixed income. That is why I deleted this app this morning.
