This is a great app for composing on the go. It has had every feature I expected. In fact it has beat my expectations.
  • Update for iPhone X!!!

This app is a great app on iPad. However, since I got my iPhone X this app frequently crashes and often leaves out notes when playing a simple chart of 4 note whole note chords. This app also still uses the older 16:9 iPhone format on iPhone X as well. Otherwise good app if you’re not using an iPhone X.

My only major complaint is that I can’t organize my compositions into folders within the app.
  • Serves my purposes well

I use this app to produce lead sheets. Learning to use the app was not especially intuitive and there is not much of a help function in the app when you have questions about how to do something - unless I just haven’t found it yet. Anyway, by trial and error, I’ve learned enough to pretty quickly and easily produce what I need with it. Be advised: The extra money paid to obtain iPencil functionality was not worth it. I find I prefer using the app without the iPencil.

I have Yamaha MD-BT01 adapter and MIDI-out function is still missing, why? Please, add MIDI-out function with playback support of MIDI channels.

So i got this app just recently. At first it was great. Thought it was a really good quality app. The only thing i thought was weird from the beginning was that none of the preset “projects in the library were responding. That didnt bother at first. I opened a new project and did some work. Then i left for a bit and came back. All the sounds were totally distorted. I tried closing the app and opening it again. but now I couldn’t even open my project, much like the first problem i had. So i did the same and it didnt work. I tried restarting the device (a iPad Pro 9.7inch) still didnt work. Tell me what is going on here. I have no idea. All the reviews never reported anything like this...
  • Great app but there’s one glitch

I recently downloaded the app and love it but when I linked dropbox to use with it, it doesn’t show any files I can click on to import. Other than that, a great sheet music app. You can do alot of things with it. Hoping there’s an update to fix the issue soon! Thank you.

At first this app looks great for a tablet based notation program. I bought it mainly to import xml so I could mute track and practice vocal parts. Then the bugs hit. Notes on the keyboard stick, so that no matter what nots you try to play, the stuck note sounds. Then the freezes began. Once that happens, the app is dead. You can no longer do anything with it. You must trash it and re-download it and all of the patches. Definitely a good idea gone bad. Not ready for prime time.
  • Love it, compatible with other devices.

Whenever I forget my iPad when I’m on the go, I will always have my phone with me to keep working on my compositions which I really enjoy. The only thing that I would like to change currently is allowing the app to adjust to the new iPhone X so the app will fully fit the screen; otherwise, great app!

i would like my money refunded. not very good or user friendly. lots of bugs and glitches which waste your time because you have to constantly rewrite parts. small icons make mean you touch the wrong item and have to go back and undo mistakes. not compatible with QWERTY keyboard, which is disappointing.
