At first, I was really excited I found a decent texting app, but then it told me it was only free for 30 days and $4.99 every month. 😭 So sad.

I’ve been using this app for about a month now and it works. Only problems are that sometimes the app closes and never opens? Even if you try 10 times... Also, sometimes messages don’t even send so you’re waiting all day to get a response to a message that was never sent. And sometimes you won’t receive. However when the app is working it’s pretty useful.
  • Love it!

I really think that we should be able to FaceTime and get rid of call minutes cause I don’t like telling my friends that they have to call me.

Too many ads popping up and too many advertisement banners. Then, every couple days they send you a text message warning that you will lose your phone number if you're not constantly texting with it. Also, they want way too much money to remove the advertisements and/or to keep your phone number. I'm an adult and I was trying to use this app to conduct some business, but unfortunately, this app is more of a novelty item. It's not a professional solution. It's for children who have an iPod and no phone, so they can text & talk from it. Also, i tried to earn some free minutes by doing their surveys. I wasted at least 25 minutes on numerous surveys, answering a ton of questions, only to be told that “this survey is not a good match for you”. Unfortunately, I wasted valuable time and got nothing in return. This app is definitely not for adults. If you are an adult, avoid this app. It's not worth the aggravation.
  • Not what I am used to

I have been a very very very long time user. I began using text free back when they had the 0.99 cent version with extra tones. Pinger used to make games like slime ball, but in the past couple years, their apps have become riddled with bugs and advertisements. I understand they need revenue but the entire app catalog has deteriorated significantly.
