  • Keto Diets but No Net Carba

Great and amazing app for tracking diet, health, and fitness but it’s still missing the capabilities to track Net Carbs instead of total carbs.
  • Just started but confused

So...i liked the app and decided to upgrade, especially for the FitBit tracking my steps. However, even with it connected and synced, it still says I have taken zero steps. Am I doing something wrong?
  • One Big Weakness

When it comes to weight loss the app won’t let you work your weight loss goal around anything shorter than 15 weeks. For me that’s 1.1 lbs a week. Basically that’s me not eating chips every few days and maybe subbing a salad for lunch twice a week. What this app doesn’t do is inspire you to incorporate workouts with a better, more aggressive, but still safe goal around weight loss timeframes. Too bad too... were it not for this fatal flaw I would have paid for premium because the summary and overall usability is otherwise perfect. On to something that doesn’t treat me like an idiot.
  • Macros are not accurate

I was really excited about this app. I even signed up for the premium membership. After a few days of logging my food I realized that the macros reported on a lot of food is not accurate. I would have to go to MyPlate app to get the accurate macros. I understand allowing users to add foods but it should show if the macros have been verified like the MyPlate app does. Also I signed up for the Keto Medium plan but many of the recipes are not even Keto. Very disappointed 😢
  • Nice but lacks critical features

I decided to try this app since it “integrates” with the Apple Health App which my previous food tracker did not. I like the bar code scanner feature and the GUI is growing on me. In the short 12 hours it has been on my phone here is a shortcomings that make this unusable to me. You are unable to create custom meal nutrition profiles. We use a meal service that prepares meals and delivers to the house. The meals list their calories, fat, carbs, and protein content. It would be really helpful to have the option to enter more than just calories and again even better if you could name a save these “meals”. If this feature already exists please let me know and I’ll edit my review. If not, I hope to see some updates ASAP so my premium membership doesn’t go to waste.

This app is great! I like how it keeps me healthier. I'm sending a virtual thumbs up to the developers right now.
  • Not accurate nutritional info

There is literally NO benefit to this site over other free food tracking apps and I had to “upgrade” to the keto version! Nutritional info not accurate, scanning feature doesn’t work. Upset I had to pay for three months worth!
  • So Engaging and Easy to Use

This app is nicely made. I’ve used many nutrition tracking apps, and this one is most engaging by far. There’s great little touches like the grocery store beep when you scan an item, cute icons and characters. I love that it syncs with my health data to auto update my calorie allowance after exercise. I do wish there was more flexibility in setting days for 5:2 diets, since schedules can change from week to week. It would also be helpful to have an easy recipe builder for counting calories in home meals. But overall, I’m very happy with it!
  • Customizable Calories & Macros

I like this app, but it would be a a lot better if you could customize your daily calorie & macro goals/set them yourself. For those of us following a program where these numbers have been personalized for us, it’s frustrating that we can’t set this up ourselves. If this is already an option, it needs to be much easier to find because I haven’t been able to do so.
  • Looks nice, not user friendly

The food database is awful. I want to enter my own foods but it only gives me the option to enter the calories. I input my calories for 1200 a day then it keeps resetting to a different amount. I picked a keto plan and it doesn't even calculate net carbs. What a waste of money. I'd like a refund.
