    They finally have an Apple TV app AND added key networks(tbs, cnn). 5 stars! Slick and fast interface- makes cable interface look like its 20 Years old. Best DVR interface I’ve ever used. I used to have TiVo - $15 a month for just guide info, no streaming outside home(never worked consistently), slow hardware. No thanks. Tried direct tv now- slow, crash-y interface for basically same channel lineup. No thanks. Try it- this is amazing. I hope cable companies burn in hell

    I love the selection of channels and video quality, but the app (especially on the Apple TV) is nearly unusable. Has anyone over at Google actually used this app for more than 5 minutes on an Apple TV? I highly doubt it. Either that or some managerial type forced it to be released before it was done. It’s so bad it makes me wonder, “did they assign the creation of this app to an intern!?!” It frequently gets itself into a state where the directional controls completely stop working. Basic things like swiping using the Apple TV remote app frequently scrolls the wrong direction. Killing and restarting the app sometimes helps but not always. In general it’s frequently unresponsive for no apparent reason. This is the only app I use regularly on the Apple TV that has these kinds of issues. Please fix this or I’ll be canceling the service.

    Wish I could delete all Fox channels but I can just ignore them I suppose. Hope they incorporate MLB.

    I understand the commercials in the live tv feed. But if I’m paying $39.99 a month, why are there so many in app advertising that I can’t skip if I wanted. Way too many ads for $39.99 a month.
  • Stuck on "finding home area"

    I have location services on, I'm using the same home wifi I use to watch YouTube Tv on my iMac but it can't seem to resolve my location. I have had it spinning for over 20 minutes now. Restarted my iPad and tried again, same thing. The service is great but this app seems to have a lot of problems.

    the youtube tv app is inferior to the normal youtube app. The TV app uses different controls for fast forward/ rewind and that is annoying. often the audio and video content is out of sync. I have a very high bandwidth internet connection and a very modern high speed wifi router, but often the video is blotchy. when switching between shows, the app show title often does not update to the new show. the ending of a recorded network sitcom I watched was missing and the app just showed the beginning over again. so content quality issues are still apparent. same thing happened for a movie i watched with 9min to go. I had to restart the app and fast forward to get to the ending. they clearly have some bugs. seems like there is serious room for improvement.

    Your website states that people can sign up until 3/15 for $35/month. Your app doesn’t allow for this. It forces new sign-ups to pay $39.99/month. You need to fix this ASAP!!!
