  • Diminishing returns - revisited

    By A geologist in Florida
I have learned how to use this app, and now it works great. First, I needed to send all calls to voicemail. Second, put the app on your home screen. It will quietly inform you when it needs to refresh its database. Since doing these two things, I have never been bothered by a single robot call.
  • Horrible!

    By Steve Toon
I have had a horribly frustrating last few weeks trying to make this app work on my iPhone 7 with up to date iOS. Every time I have tried it, it works well for a short time (24 hrs max, generally more like 6-8 hrs) and then it stops working. I’ve contacted their support and followed all their instructions (delete the app, reboot the phone, reinstall the app, redo the Settings), and again it works for a few hours and then stops. Maddening! I’ve kept trying for quite a while, because when it’s working, it’s great... but then it stops again. Now I’ve given up.
  • Not good enough

    By Enzell
I’m still having up to 5 spam calls a day with this app enabled, so it is pretty much useless. It blocks some calls obviously, but not enough to justify the subscription cost.
  • Helpful, but mildly annoying

    By adampitchie
The app is helpful to identify reported robocallers, however sometimes the identification mechanism doesn’t work or show up in the call list. Additionally, when I had my phone on Airplane Mode — i.e. no cellular/WiFi signal — I received a ‘push notification’ that my blacklist was out of date. Hmmmmm 🤔.
  • Great for land lines, worthless for mobile

    By Garysogar
We have Nomorobo for our land line and it works great. On my iPhone, though, it doesn’t do anything. All calls come through.
  • Poor design

    By Mackn8ez
What’s the point of “blocking” to call if you have to first approve the call? You still get the message from Nomorobo that you got a robocall. Useless! I don’t want messages from the spammers or nomorobo!
  • It’s ok

    By Lone Star Wilson
Was really good at first - Paid for subscription upfront. Works about 1/2 time and seems buggy after latest update
  • Fantastic!

    By Chris314159
Nomorobo is fantastic. I was signed up on the Do Not Call registry, but still got at least 3 or 4 robocalls a day. Since I signed up with Nomorobo about a year ago, I have had zero or one robocall a month at most. Given my experience, I’m puzzled at the current 2.8 star rating. (It seems like bots at work.) This is totally a 5 star app. I now have it in my home phone too, with similar 5 star results. The results are phenomenal!! Try it!!!
  • Doesn’t work anymore

    By JonChrisG
This app used to be totally worth the price. I recommended it to everyone. However, at least where I live, the scammers have switched to spoofed local numbers, which this app doesn’t seem to block. My phone is back to ringing many times a day. I’m cancelling my subscription. Probably not the developers fault but, alas I’m paying for spam call blocking and it no does that reliably.
  • Waste of money

    By Sailor-Doug
Identifies only a small fraction of robo calls but most disappointingly the "send to voicemail" feature does not work.
